Jelly Roll Wins Country Artist of the Year at iHeart Music Awards!

Jelly Roll is on fire—and now, he’s officially Country Artist of the Year!

At last night’s iHeart Music Awards, the country star beat out heavyweights like Kane Brown, Lainey Wilson, Chris Stapleton, Luke Combs, and Morgan Wallen to take home the top country honor.

But in true Jelly Roll fashion, he didn’t let his busy schedule stop him from delivering a message to his fans. Since he’s currently on his Beautifully Broken: Great Northern Tour in Canada, he pre-recorded his acceptance speech, and while it may not have been his usual high-energy style, it was just as heartfelt.

Jelly Roll’s Acceptance Speech

“What’s up y’all? I really wish I was there. I am absolutely honored. I was thinking about last year . . . and I won Best New Country Artist. To come back this year and win Best Country Artist of the Year is just unbelievable in every way it can be.”

The rising country powerhouse also made sure to thank his fans and country radio, acknowledging how instrumental they’ve been in his journey from underdog to award-winning artist.

A Fast-Rising Star

It’s been a whirlwind year for Jelly Roll, who has quickly become one of the most beloved figures in country music. With raw, emotional storytelling, his music connects deeply with fans, and this award proves he’s just getting started.

With his Beautifully Broken Tour in full swing, there’s no doubt Jelly Roll is riding this momentum straight to even bigger success. Could an Entertainer of the Year award be next? We wouldn’t bet against him!
